Meet Amanda
As for my own results…
I have 30+ years of professional administrative experience and I launched my own successful VA business after retirement from the Royal Navy after 23 years service – where I was a Logistics Officer and lucky enough to do some amazing roles around the world.
I am known for my direct, honest, straight talking approach to coaching and mentoring, underpinned by my core values: commitment, open and clear communication, honesty, loyalty and integrity.
I am humbled to be voted Best VA Training Provider in the PA Assist Members Voice Awards and Virtual Assistant Voice Awards for the past 4 years and to have been a finalist in the Ex Forces in Business Awards in their Champion of Women category. Although my 2 boys (James and Jacob) keep me grounded – their response to my latest award win was “the trophy looks the same – what’s the point in that!” But, can I just tell you it feels awesome to win 4 years in a row.
Over the years, I have grown a team of Virtual Assistants who helped me to support our clients and although I no longer run my multi-VA agency, I now still have a virtual team to ensure that my business runs with military precision.

The Kick Start Your VA Business is a 12 module programme designed originally to support you through the process of setting up and launching your VA business in just 12 weeks or less. The course is delivered through a combination of reading materials, work sheets, online tutorials, audios and sample documents, the course is practical and hands-on.
The Kick Start Your VA Business covers everything from business strategy and structure, and tools and technology, to financial planning, client management, marketing, networking, working with associates and contingencies PLUS all the content is broken down and delivered in bite sized modules. If you take action, these modules will help you to create your VA business.
